Emma's Story

Towards the end of August 2021 our beautiful Emma at the young age of 45 was diagnosed with a life-limiting Glioblastoma.
Glioblastomas are a fast growing type of brain tumour. They are the most common type of cancerous (malignant) brain tumour in adults.
The news was such a shock and immediately, Emma took on the fight of her life, for herself and her family… going through the most gruelling treatment to stop this terminator in its tracks.
Sadly, her battle ended on 29th July 2022, leaving behind her two beautiful children, stepson, husband and loving family. Emma’s legacy has always been her family, giving them unconditional love, unwavering support, and this extended to her passion for helping others.
She ran two London Marathons and numerous half Marathons to help raise much needed funds to make a difference to the lives of the people connected to the charities and people she was supporting.
Her passion was never ever waived, and her commitment never doubted. She was our warrior… one who made a difference.
During her cancer journey, Emma always took positivity from each day… she laughed, loved, and ran right up until the end.

Emma shared that she would want her family to continue her legacy by setting up her own charity to help other families like ours, so that's exactly what we did!
With Love Emma is run solely by Emma's friends and family.
100% of all donations going towards help families touched by Brain Tumours, whether this be financial support, support for private treatment or a lovely treat for the family to make some precious memories that will last forever.
We know personally, how hard-hitting this type of diagnosis can be for a family and we want to help make the personal journey of other families a little easier.
